Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 3/4 cups Warm Water
Instructions:
Whisk together the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Slowly stir in the water to form a sticky dough. Cover and let rise 5-6 hours. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place a Dutch oven inside to preheat. Pour the dough out onto a floured surface. Fold each side into itself and cover with the bowl for about 30 minutes. Slice a slit in the surface then place in the preheated Dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes and enjoy!
