Ingredients:
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ginger, minced
2 tsp Brown Sugar
6 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Salmon Filets
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine Dijon, Soy Sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar and olive oil. Pour over salmon filets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Marinate 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake Salmon for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to your preference. Enjoy!
