Ingredients:
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
2 tbsp Basil
Salt & Pepper
1 lb Rigatoni Pasta
1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
1 head of Broccolini, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 32oz jar Marinara sauce
1 cup Parmesan
1 cup Mozzarella

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the ricotta, basil, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Boil the rigatoni until just before cooked through. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sausage and 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook until starting to brown. Add the broccolini and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.

In a baking dish drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the pasta and mix around. Add the sausage and broccolini mixture, the marinara and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Combine. Dollop the ricotta mixture over the top and nestle it into the pasta. Add the mozzarella cheese on top and the remaining Parmesan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
