Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp flour
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp ginger, minced

For the Slurry:
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put chicken wings in a bowl and pat dry with a paper towel. Toss wings in baking powder and flour. Place on a wire rack on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, flipping every 20 minutes.

For the teriyaki sauce combine soy sauce, mirin, water, both sugars, garlic and ginger in a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour into a skillet on medium heat and cook until sugar is dissolved. In a bowl combine the cornstarch and water and add it to the sauce. Cook until thickened.

Toss wings in sauce and enjoy!
