Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds brusselsprouts, halved

1/4 cup pancetta, diced

1/4 cup olive oil

2-3 tbsp balsamic glaze

Salt + Pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the brusselsprouts, pancetta, olive oil, salt and pepper on a sheet pan. Roast for 20-30 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and toss. Serve hot.
