Ingredients:
Two 4 lb(or one 6-7 lb) Boston Butt pork roasts
2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Dry Mustard
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Salt
BBQ Sauce of your preference

Instructions:
Combine the Paprika, Garlic Powder, Dry Mustard, Brown Sugar and Salt in a small bowl. Place the pork roasts in a roasting pan and rub the spice mix all over them. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake the pork for 5-6 hours until cooked through and tender. Let the meat rest for 15 minutes then shred with two forks. Mix the shredded meat with bbq sauce and enjoy!
