Ingredients:

 

For the batter:

4 tbsp Butter, softened

3/4 cup Sugar

1 Egg

2 cups Cake Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 cup Milk

1 pint Blueberries

 

For the topping:

4 tbsp Butter, softened

1/2 cup Sugar

1/3 cup Cake Flour

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a stand mixer beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix to combine. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour and baking powder. Alternate adding the flour mixture with the milk, with the mixer on low. Once combined, fold in the blueberries. Pour into a greased baking dish.

In a small bowl work the butter into the sugar, flour and cinnamon until a crumble forms. Sprinkle on top of the batter. Bake for about 30 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
