Ingredients:
3 pounds Broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Flour
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 1/4 cups Cheddar
Salt + Pepper
Instructions:
Blanch the broccoli in a medium pot until cooked, then strain. Melt the butter in a medium pot on medium heat, then add the flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the milk and cook until thickened. And the cheddar and stir to melt. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the broccoli and spoon the cheese sauce on top. Enjoy!
