Ingredients:
1 Egg
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 large Apple, diced
12 Soft Caramels

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the egg, sugar, and butter in a stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Add in the flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix until incorporated. Fold in the apple with a spatula. Scoop onto a baking sheet into about 2-inch balls. Press a soft caramel into the center of each ball. Bake for around 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
