Ingredients:

 

For the crust:

1/4 cup Butter, melted

1/4 cup Sugar

1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

 

For the batter:

16 oz Cream Cheese, softened

2/3 cup Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs


For the topping:

1 cup Sour Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

3 tbsp Sugar

 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix together the butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate.

In a medium bowl or a stand mixer, whisk together the cream cheese, vanilla extract, sugar, and eggs. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 25 minutes.

In a small bowl or stand mixer, whisk together the sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Pour on top of the cheesecake. Bake another 10 minutes.

Let cool in the fridge, then enjoy!
