Ingredients:
2 sticks Butter, softened
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 cups Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1-2 cups Chocolate Chips
Ice cream, for serving

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs in, one at a time and the vanilla extract. Mix to combine. Add the flour and baking powder and mix on low speed until incorporated. Add the chocolate chips in and mix by hand. Pour into a greased cast iron skillet and bake for 30 minutes or until the middle is just set. Serve warm with ice cream. Enjoy!
