Ingredients:

For the batter:
1 1/2 sticks Butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 cups Cake Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

For the Streusel:
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter, cold

For the Glaze:
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Milk

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add the sour cream and vanilla. Once incorporated, slowly add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

In a small bowl add the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter. Mix together with your hands or a pastry cutter until a streusel forms.

In a buttered bunt pan, add half the batter. Sprinkle half of the streusel over it. Pour the rest of the batter over the streusel and top with the remaining streusel.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack.

In a small bowl mix the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk. Drizzle the glaze over the cake. Enjoy!
