Ingredients:

1 1/2 sticks Butter, softened

1 1/2 cups Sugar

3 Eggs

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 1/4 cups Sour Cream

2 1/2 cups Cake Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt


For the Streusel:

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Flour

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Espresso Powder

3 tbsp Butter, cold and cubed


For the Glaze:

1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

2 tbsp Milk

 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix to incorporate.  In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add that slowly to the wet ingredients until fully combined. In a small bowl mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, espresso powder and butter until a streusel forms. Layer half the batter into a greased bunt pan. Sprinkle half the streusel on top. Pour the rest of the batter on top of that and then sprinkle the remaining streusel to finish. Bake for 50 minutes or a until a toothpick comes out clean.

In a small bowl whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Once the cake has cooled, pour the glaze over the cake. Slice and enjoy!
