Ingredients:
3 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Fine Cornmeal
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 lb Butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, sugar, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in a large bowl and whisk to incorporate. In a measuring cup, whisk the milk, eggs and butter. Add that into the dry ingredients and fold until combined. Scoop batter into muffin tins in a muffin pan and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden on top. Enjoy!
