Ingredients:
1 tsp fresh Thyme
1 stick Butter, melted
1 8.5 oz box Corn Muffin Mix
1 1/2 cups fresh Corn, or 1 can drained and rinsed
1 can Creamed Corn
8 oz Sour Cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and add the thyme. Let it infuse for a few minutes. Add that to a large bowl with the corn muffin mix, corn, creamed corn, and sour cream. Mix until fully incorporated. Add the batter to a buttered baking dish, around an 8×8. Bake for about 45 minutes or lightly golden on top. Let it cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!
