Ingredients:
3 tbsp Butter
1/2 Red Onion, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
Salt + Pepper
1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Parmesan
1 tsp Nutmeg
20 ounces Frozen Spinach
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3/4 cup Crispy Onions

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large sauce pan on medium heat, melt the butter and add the onion. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, salt and pepper and sauté another minute or two. Add the heavy cream and milk. Stir in the Parmesan and nutmeg and cook until thick. Take off the heat and add the spinach and the sour cream and combine. Place all of it in a buttered baking dish and top with crispy onions. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
