Ingredients:
3-4 pounds Russet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Rosemary, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place potatoes, salt and baking soda in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender. Strain and place potatoes on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary and garlic. Pour over the potatoes and toss. Make sure all of them are coated. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
