Project Description

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked Rice (long grain)
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 cup Carrot
2 cloves Garlic, minced
3 Eggs
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions:
In a large sauce pan on medium heat, add the oil, onion and carrot. Cook for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another minute. Move the veggies to the side of the pan and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs then mix them back in to the veggies. Add the rice into the pan and mix. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Combine then serve. Enjoy!
