Ingredients:
4 lbs Apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Combine the apples, sugar, water, and salt in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover for 20-25 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend either in a blender or by using an immersion blender. Refrigerate and enjoy!
