Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups Bread Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 package Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 cups Warm Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cornmeal
Toppings of your choice

Instructions:
In a stand mixer combine the flour, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast. Slowly stream in the water and olive oil. Mix until incorporated and a dough forms. Knead the dough for 2 minutes then cover it in an oiled bowl and let rest for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into two halves. Cover and rest for another 10 minutes. Roll out and add whatever toppings you like. Add the cornmeal to your pizza peel to prevent sticking. Bake at 500, 10 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
