Ingredients:
6 pounds Short Ribs, flanken-cut
4 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin
Salt + Pepper
1 tbsp Onion Powder
3 tsp Oregano
1/4 cup Honey

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place the ribs, fat side up in a baking dish. Combine paprika, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper and rub on meat. Wrap baking dish with tin foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove the tin foil. Flip the ribs so fat side is down. Drizzle the honey over the ribs. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered. Enjoy!
