Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 1/2 cups Flour
5 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt
12 tbsp Butter, melted
For the filling:
5 Pears, sliced thin
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Honey
Instructions:
Combine the flour, sugar, salt and butter in a bowl until you found a dough. Press into a tart pan and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake the tart dough for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Add the pears, butter and brown sugar to a medium pan. Cook on medium heat until softened. Once cooled slightly, lay the pears in the tart shell, I used a rose pattern. Brush 3 tbsp of honey on the pears. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
