Project Description

Ingredients:

1 Mango, peeled and diced

1/2 a Red Bell Pepper, diced

1/2 a Red Onion, diced

1/2 a Jalapeño, diced

1-2 tbsp Cilantro

1/2 a Lime, juiced

 

 


Instructions:

In a medium bowl combine the mango, bell pepper, onion and jalapeño. Add the cilantro and lime juice and mix to incorporate. Season with salt if you want. Enjoy!
