Ingredients:
1.5 lb Cod Filet
1/3 cup White Miso
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (I used Dark)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Mirin
Instructions:
In a small bowl combine the miso, brown sugar, sesame oil, and mirin. Place the cod filet on a baking sheet and brush half the marinade on. Let marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge. Preheat broiler.
Broil 4-5 minutes or until dark golden and caramelized. Remove from the oven and brush the remaining marinade on the fish. Set the oven temperature to 375 degrees. Bake the fish for an additional 5-6 minutes until flaky and cooked through. Enjoy!
