Project Description

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp Ginger

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Honey

1 box Pasta, cooked and drained

Sesame Seeds, for topping

 


Instructions:

Cook your pasta and save about a cup of pasta water. In a medium bowl whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and honey. Add that mixture to the pasta along  with some of the pasta water. Mix together and add more pasta water if needed. Top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
