Ingredients:
1 stick Butter
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
4 Eggs

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the milk. Heat until scalded. Add the flour and stir two minutes. Take off the heat and place into a bowl. Add the eggs and mix throughly to form a dough.

Add the dough into a piping bag (or just use two spoons) and pipe small (2 inch) rounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the oven off and leave them in there for 10 more minutes. Take them out and cut a small slit in the side of each profiterole to let out steam.

When serving, cut in half and place ice cream in the center. Top with chocolate/caramel sauce and enjoy!
