Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1 1/2 sticks Butter
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 15 oz can Pumpkin
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
In a stand mixer beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract. Add the pumpkin and mix until fully incorporated. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold together until combined. Pour the batter into a greased bunt pan, or two loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
