Ingredients:

Two 2-3 lb bone-in Pork Loin Roasts, or one 5 lb

Salt & Pepper

1 1/2 cups Apple Juice

2 tbsp Brown Sugar

2 tsp Soy Sauce

2 tsp Worcestershire

2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the pork in a roasting pan and season with salt and pepper all over. Place the pork fat side up and bake for 1 hour.

In a small pot on medium heat cook the apple juice until reduced by half. Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire and mustard. Cook a few more minutes until thickened.

Take the pork out after 1 hour and glaze it with the sauce. Bake for 2 more hours, glazing every 15 minutes. Let rest a few minutes then enjoy!
