Ingredients:
2 sticks Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Flour
3/4 cup crushed Potato Chips
Caramel Sauce and Flakey Salt, for serving

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract. Add the flour and mix on low to incorporate. Add the crushed potato chips and mix with a spatula. Scoop cookies with a small ice cream scoop (or two spoons) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Drizzle each cookie with caramel sauce and sprinkle them with flakey salt. Enjoy!
