Ingredients:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 stick Butter, chopped
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 cups Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Pretzels
About 20 Soft Caramels
Caramel Sauce, for topping
Flakey Salt, for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer on medium speed, beat both sugars and the butter for about 4 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix. Add the flour, baking soda and cornstarch. Once incorporated, add the pretzels in. When combined, take balls of the dough and flatten them on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place a soft caramel in the center and close it up. Roll the ball around to make sure there are no holes. Once all the dough balls are formed, press a pretzel on top and bake on the prepared baking sheet for about 15 minutes. Top with flakey salt and caramel sauce. Enjoy!
