Ingredients:

2 cups Heavy Cream

2 Bay Leaves

2 sprigs Thyme

2 cloves Garlic, minced

Salt & Pepper, to taste

4 Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin

1 cup Parmesan (or mix of cheeses)

 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium pot add the heavy cream, bay leaves, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer. Place the sliced potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Pour the hot cream over. Sprinkle the parmesan on top and cover the dish with foil. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovering for the last 10 or 15 minutes to get golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes then enjoy!
