Ingredients:

3-4 lbs Pork Shoulder

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Paprika

Salt & Pepper

1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

 

 


Instructions:

Add the pork to a slow cooker. Evenly sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper over the meat and make sure every part is coated. Pour the bbq sauce over the meat. Also add the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Mix until incorporated. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Enjoy!
