S’mores Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup Butter, softened

2/3 cup Brown Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

1 cup Flour

1 1/4 cup Nutella

1 1/4 cup Marshmallow Fluff

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer on medium speed, beat together the butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add in the graham cracker crumbs and flour. Once fully combined, press about 3/4 of the dough into a parchment lined baking dish. Spread on the Nutella. Then dollop on the marshmallow fluff. Sprinkle the remaining dough on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Enjoy!
