Strawberry Tanghulu

Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar

2 cups Water

Strawberries, hulled and on a skewer

Instructions:

In a medium size pot add the sugar and 1 cup of the water. Bring to a boil and once it starts to get some color dip a strawberry in it then directly into a cup of ice water. Repeat with however many strawberries you want. Enjoy!
