Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
1 small Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Flour
4 cups Half and Half
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 cups Cheddar, divided
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Mustard Powder
Salt & Pepper
1 box of Pasta
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot on medium heat melt the butter. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened. Add the flour and cook for another minute or two. Add the half and half. Cook for a few minutes until thickened. Add the cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar. Stir until melted. Add the Worcestershire, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Once combined, add a box of cooked pasta and incorporate. Pour half into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle the rest of the cheddar all over then add the remaining pasta. In a small bowl combine the breadcrumbs and olive oil. Sprinkle that evenly over the top of the pasta. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
