Ingredients:

4 Bananas, plus 1-2 more, sliced

3 Eggs

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Oil

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 cups Flour

1 stick Butter

1 cup Brown Sugar

 

 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mash 4 of the bananas. Add the eggs, sugar, oil and cinnamon. Whisk until combined. Add the flour and fold until incorporated.

In a small saucepan melt the butter and add the brown sugar. Once brought to a simmer, pour into a cake pan. Lay the 1-2 sliced bananas on top of the caramel. Add the batter on top of that. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top. Flip the pan over once cooled. Enjoy!
