Whipped Coffee

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Instant Coffee
1-2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Hot Water
1/2-3/4 cup Milk

Instructions:
In a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water and beat on high for 3-4 minutes until very light in color and the texture is similar to whipped cream.

In a large glass, add ice and the milk. Spoon the whipped coffee on top and enjoy!
