Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup Butter, melted

2 Eggs, 1 Egg Yolk

1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

2 1/4 cups Flour

2 tsp Cornstarch

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips

3/4 cup dried Cranberries

 

 

 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer on medium speed combine the two sugars and the butter. Add the eggs and yolk, and vanilla extract. Once combined, with the mixer on low, add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Stir in the white chocolate and cranberries. Once all incorporated, transfer to a parchment lined baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden on top. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
