Project Description

Ingredients:

1 Endive, chopped

3 stalks Celery, diced

2 heads Romaine, chopped

1 Granny Smith Apple, sliced thin

1 Shallot, diced

1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 tbsp Honey

Salt & Pepper

 


Instructions:

In a large bowl toss together the endive, celery, romaine and apple. In a small bowl add the shallot, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk until emulsified then pour over the lettuce. Toss once more to make sure everything is coated. Enjoy!
