Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 half-pints blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer on medium speed, combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs in, one at a time. Add the vanilla extract, sour cream and milk. Add the flour in, slowly. Add the baking powder, baking soda and salt. When combined, mix in blueberries with a spatula. Pour into a greased bunt pan and bake for 45 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. When cooled, flip out of bunt pan and enjoy!
